Headquartered in Peoria, Arizona, Supplemental Benefit Solutions, Inc. is a full-service insurance and benefits provider offering a comprehensive menu of insurance and retirement options. Founder and President, Joe Durbin has been in the insurance industry since 1992 focusing on retirement income planning and individual insurance solutions as an independent producer. While growing up and attending college in Oregon, Joe has established relationships and a diverse clientele in multiple states.

Philosophy:

The more people we are able to protect, the better social service we perform. We provide education on products and services that will provide peace of mind and financial stability.

At SBS, we focus on a low-pressure, needs-based, counselor approach. We are “assistant buyers”, attempting to help employees and individuals have whatever they feel is best for their situation.
